Here are the things to expect in the episode:
About Cynthia:
Cynthia is a personal trainer and movement coach who helps women eat, move, and rest so that they feel good and have the energy and vitality to enjoy being active, keep up with their kids (or grandkids), and get good news at doctor appointments.
After seeing her mom struggle with health issues, she decided to make her own health a priority and learned all she could about maximizing wellness. She started lifting heavy weights, getting proper nutrition, and using movements and breathing to truly recover from stress. People started asking her about what she was doing and how they could do it, too. She realized that she could help other people, and she got certified to teach several disciplines, including Russian kettlebells, Flexible Steel, and biomechanics. She pulled together aspects of all the different disciplines to create her own program that focuses on rebooting health through mindful movement. She is committed to helping people move with ease, strength, and confidence.
