About Heather:

Heather is a radiant soul whose life took a transformative turn when she became a certified health coach.

She discovered that periods are vital and they are an outward sign of inner health. Just like blood pressure and heart rate, these cycles shape our physical, emotional, and mental health. 

Heather took that discovery and became a passionate Period and Fertility Awareness Coach who hosts the Embracing Flow podcast. She is on a mission to bring menstruation into the spotlight by educating individuals on how to embrace cycles and guiding parents through those crucial period talks with tweens and teens.
